May 13-19 is National Women’s Health Week. Be sure to take time out for your health this week. Schedule the doctor or dentist appointment you’ve been meaning to make, sign up for a full-body massage, practice meditation for fifteen minutes a day, take a long walk—whatever you do, stop and listen to your body, reward it for its efforts and take care of your health (body, mind, and soul!)
