An interesting tidbit found on the TEA Driver Training and Education website - completion of a driving safety class might qualify you for a discount on your insurance and even a possible waiver for a speeding ticket dismissal.
These courses are typically four to eight hours in length (1 to 2 days) and might be well worth your investigation to put a few hard-earned dollars back in your pocket!
Check out your local Driver and Training Education or Department of Motor Vehicles website, and make a quick call to your insurance agent to see if you might qualify for special discounts or programs.
